At Vision Flooring, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, returns may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: All items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and documentation.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Custom or special-order products
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Products that have been installed or altered
    • Flooring samples

2. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at (480) 573-0424 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to Vision Flooring using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns, especially custom or special orders.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes, styles, or products can be arranged within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability and return policy guidelines.
